客戶注意事項: 
 

1. 維修單據必須妥善保存,取機時請帶同保養卡,購買單據;不得任意修改內容, 此單據若遺失或影印本將無法取機。
    

2. 維修期限以原廠進度為標準,顧客不得有任何異議. 
    

3. 維修機如需寄回原廠保養,約5星期可取,(可能因國內假期或疫情有所延遲)。客戶於此期限後仍未收到本公司電話通知,可致電本公司查詢。
    

4. 本公司收機時只作簡單檢查及報價,如發現其他損毀情況而需收費,會另行通知報價!  
    

5. 本公司只接受自攜取機,不提供速遞及郵寄服務。
    

6. 保養條款細則詳列於保養卡背面 
    

7. 客戶務必於通知後3個月內取機,否則本公司有權自行處理此維修機!
    

8. 本公司保留更改以上條款及細則之權利,毋須預先通知客戶
   
   
    

有關保養條款:

1. 本產品享有ㄧ年自攜有限硬體保用適用於香港和大陸地區。（恕不接受郵寄收取維修機）
    

2. 在以下情況下，本公司有權拒絕，終止此保用或向顧客收取維修費用：
   
   Ⅰ.遺失發票或保養卡。（影印本恕不接受)
   Ⅱ.本產品因人為而造成之外表損壞，包括機殼內之零件。
   Ⅲ.本產品機身編號或保護封條被塗改、損毀或撕掉。
   Ⅳ.因輸入不當電壓，疏忽使用或錯誤操作。
   Ⅴ.顧客自行更新／更改驅動程式之版本而導致出現故障。
   Ⅵ.如因日久損耗而造成機件故障，本公司有權收取零件更換費用。
   Ⅶ.維修期限以原廠進度為標準，顧客不得有任何異議。
    

3. 此保用不包含顯示屏，鏡面，外殼，耳機，USB線，線控及充電器等，保養只限主機。
    

4. 本公司袛提供維修服務，產品不能更換或更新型號。
    

5. 如需下載產品相關軟件請登錄pengBo.hk
    

6. 本公司保留更改以上條款及細則之權利，母需預先通知客戶。
    

7. 因維修而引致數據資料遺失；本公司ㄧ律不會負責。
    

8. 所有產品內置電池，三個月保養期。
    

9. 不得以維修理由退款及換機。

Warranty conditions:

1. This warranty is valid for ONE year from the date of purchase and carry-in maintenance service provided in Hong Kong SAR and Chine (Will not accepted by mail to collect maintence machine)
    

2. The warranty will be treated as void or charges will be made if:
   
   Ⅰ.The Purchase invoice or the maintenance card are lost.(The copy will not be accepted)
   Ⅱ.The product is physically damaged. The plastic tray inside the hardware is included.
   Ⅲ.The product serial number or protect label has been altered, defaced or removed.
   Ⅳ.The product is damaged by input of improper voltage, misuse and incorrect installation.
   Ⅴ.If the driver firmware version of the product has been altered, upgraded or downgraded.
   Ⅵ.Any defective part which has replaced, our company has the right to charges the maintenance cost.
   Ⅶ.Maintenance time limit regards progress of factory as the standard, the customer, can't have any objection.
    

3. Maintenance of only the host, not including the mirror , housing, headset, USBcable remote control , charger, etc
    

4. This warranty is valid only for product repair. Replacement or upgrade product is not applicable.
